Terms and Conditions — Odds PH

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and odds ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at oddsph.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on odds ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by odds ph. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and play at odds ph, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gambling authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of odds ph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Odds ph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any point. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

Each individual may hold only one active account on odds ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering at odds ph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number registered to you in the Philippines, and any other information required during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password, account details, or access to your odds ph account with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

Identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, or PRC licence. Odds ph may request additional documents at any time.

Deposits at odds ph are accepted through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All transactions on odds ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Odds ph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits.

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Funds deposited for the purpose of gambling at odds ph will not bear any interest.
• Odds ph is not responsible for transaction failures caused by your payment provider, network errors, or incorrect payment details submitted by you.
• Deposits made to odds ph are credited to your wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. In the event of a failed or pending transaction, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals from your odds ph wallet are available to any verified player with a positive real-money balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to GCash, Maya, or any supported Philippine bank account registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process described in Section 3. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawal requests. Odds ph targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT on business days are typically processed the same day.
• Withdrawals requested after 5:00 PM PHT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• Bonus-derived balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Odds ph may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending enhanced due diligence checks if unusual activity is detected on the account.

From time to time, odds ph offers bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements at odds ph specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered — for example, a 10× requirement on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100%; slots may contribute a different percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses at odds ph are issued per account, per household, and per IP address. Claiming the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• Odds ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds if abuse or misuse is detected.

All bets placed at odds ph are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on. General betting rules applicable across the platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Odds ph does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted, except in cases of an obvious pricing error on the platform's part.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and refunded, regardless of the outcome.
• In the event of a game cancellation, postponement, or walkover, odds ph will apply the settlement rules relevant to the specific market — typically a void/refund for outright cancellations and applicable rules for rescheduled fixtures.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface at odds ph. These limits may vary by event, market type, and player account status.
• For casino games including Tongits, Color Game, Bingo, and Jackpot Slots, game-specific rules displayed within each game session govern settlement in all circumstances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on odds ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players at odds ph to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in money laundering, funding illegal activities, or using odds ph for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access your account or the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or odds ph staff.

Odds ph monitors all accounts and game activity for prohibited conduct. Evidence of any violation will result in immediate action including account closure and, where legally required, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

Odds ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Request by the player to voluntarily self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• Non-use of the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request and no outstanding investigation is in progress, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Odds ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, for some people, can become harmful, and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from odds ph by contacting our support team. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and total amount wagered during your current session.

All content on the odds ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, odds display systems, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of odds ph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from odds ph without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, odds ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where those errors are corrected as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or the specific rules of any game.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Odds ph's total liability to you in any given circumstance shall not exceed the real-money balance held in your account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Odds ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to provide you with a personalised gaming experience at odds ph. Odds ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the platform — typically via an in-app notification or a prominent notice on the homepage — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required for legal or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at oddsph.net/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of odds ph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of odds ph, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or as otherwise required under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
